Our Business and what we offer
At Discourse Power, students are at the heart of everything we do. We offer dynamic speech and debate programs for youth, fostering critical thinking and effective communication skills. Our engaging curriculum empowers students to articulate ideas confidently while honing their persuasive techniques. By cultivating these abilities, our students will not only succeed in academia and beyond but also become agents of positive change in their communities.
The company offers coaching in competitive speech and debate events for high school and middle school students. We offer summer weekly or bi-weekly camps, 1:1 online or in-person coaching (smaller groups of students between 1 and 4), and long-term coaching for high school competitive events starting in Fall 2024. Our in-person summer competitive speech and debate camps will launch in Mountain House on June 17, 2024. Registration is open for summer speech and debate camps!
Mission
Our mission at Discourse Power is to empower students with the skills and confidence to positively impact the world around them. Through our speech and debate programs, we aim to cultivate critical thinking, effective communication, and a passion for learning.
Our instructors are experienced individuals with a minimum of three to four years of experience competing at various tournaments at State and National levels. They are strongly committed to interacting with students on a personalized level and are dedicated to helping students maximize their learning potential.
